Our journey in the world of recruitment began in 1993 when our founders embarked on careers dedicated to connecting high-net-worth individuals with the perfect household staff. Over the years, we placed private pilots, nurses, and other key personnel, earning a reputation for our expertise and commitment to excellence.

However, our story took an unexpected turn when one of our founders, Jack Kelly, faced a life-threatening injury while in the Caribbean. Fortunately, Jack had subscribed to a medevac service that saved his life. The experience left a lasting impact on him, inspiring a new passion and purpose.

With decades of recruitment experience and a deep appreciation for the medevac industry, we decided to shift our focus to a sector that has become personal to us. Jack’s life-saving encounter highlighted the critical role that medevac services play in emergency situations, and it became clear that we wanted to be part of this life-changing industry.
